Health, fitness and wellness are big right now, and there is a festival coming to the Central Coast. The Rise and Shine Wellness Festival will be taking place at Norah Head Lighthouse on the 14th of September.

This is the very first wellness event of its kind at Norah Head Lighthouse. It takes place over four hours, from 8 am until 12 pm on a bright, spring Sunday. During this event, you can breathe in the ocean air, stretch at sunrise and catch some good vibes.

This event will include:

Bootcamps for people who are keen go-getters.

Relaxing outdoor yoga and Pilates, looking out over the sea.

You can take part in a breezy fun run.

Catch a painting class if that’s your thing.

Food! Check out the breakfast food trucks and fresh produce stalls.

Live music to jam to.

Lots of kids, activities to keep them busy and smiling.
