On 16 August 2025 The Art House in Wyong will host Sun Rising The Birth of Rock 'N' Roll, a night that looks back at the Sun Records era without the need for a time machine or a hair net. It's basically a musical history lesson with louder chords and fewer boring slides.

Live performers will work through the songs and stories tied to names like Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis, showing how those early records nudged popular music off its rocker. Think piano pounding, greasy pomade and tales of how a few records changed everything.
