On 31 August 2025 from 5:30pm to 11:30pm Avoca Beach Theatre will host the Tina Turner "Simply the Best" Tribute Show. It's a live run through the songs that made Tina Turner famous, so expect big vocals, plenty of singalongs and the kind of stage energy that encourages awkward but enthusiastic dancing.

If you're on the Central Coast or within a reasonable drive, the show is local and tickets are around A$60, which sounds fair until you consider how many times you might shout out the chorus.
