On 31 March 2026, Babytime at Toukley Library on the corner of Main Road and Victoria Avenue is your low-key chance to wrangle a bub aged zero to 24 months through some songs, rhymes, and a bit of gentle wriggling that passes for early literacy. Its basically a room full of tiny humans bouncing to nursery tunes while their grown-ups pretend its all part of a master plan for brain development.

The whole thing builds language skills, gets those senses firing, and sneaks in some social practice amid the chaos, plus carers can chat about the endless nappies and sleep regressions over cups of whatever the library brews. Think quality wriggle time in a spot where no one judges the odd tantrum.
