Bang On is a smash hit podcast on Double J presented by Myf Warhurst and Zan Rowe who are two of Australia’s most respected and loved music journalists. Myf appears on Spicks and Specks, and Zan has her own show - Take 5, where she talks to musicians from all over the world.

Bang On is your weekly one-stop shop for, as Myf and Zan put it, music, art, life and stuff - they talk about all the things you need to know about each week in a short, succinct podcast. And this year, they’ve been touring their brilliant podcast to the regions, and this month, it’s the Central Coast’s turn for this fabulous one-hour show that will have occasional coarse language and adult themes, so it is recommended that anyone attending is aged 15 and over.
