Coastal Twist has events for all ages, and this year, one of the fun family-friendly events is going to be a family-friendly daytime dance party! Come along to the Ettalong 50+ Leisure and Learning Centre for the Family Clubbercise . This is a fun and easy-to-follow dance workout that is taught in a darkened room using glow sticks, UV and disco lights with a playlist that is a mix of music from the 90s and 2000s, Dance anthems and all the way up to the latest hits.

So grab the family, wear your brightest, funkiest outfits and party! This is aimed at ages seven and over, but younger children can come with adult supervision. Remember, all children need to be accompanied by an adult. Lauren is the host, and she is a dance and fitness professional with over 25 years of experience of delivering inclusive programs across communities. She specialises in creating fun and accessible movement experiences for everyone.

It will cost $!5 to attend this event, and it runs from 10.30am until 1130am on the 4th of October.

Family friendly and filly accessible, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
