On Wednesday 27 August 2025 from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm, Killcare Beach on the Central Coast hosts live music. A four piece band will be on the sand playing a relaxed mix of pop, rock and jazz, the kind of set that suits both toe tapping and staring out at the horizon while pretending you are deep in thought.

The event is free and family friendly, so you can bring the kids, a picnic or just your ears. It's low key rather than ceremonial, with tunes, sea air and the occasional seagull auditioning for backing vocals.
