The SPIRAL Coast crew are stirring up some interesting vibes down at Narara Sensory Park. On Sunday, 10 August 2025, from mid morning onwards, families can rock up for a good old fashioned community music and movement jam. Forget your worries and bring your most enthusiastic, or perhaps least coordinated, self.

It's all happening in the open air, so you can expect a bit of rhythmic drumming, some spontaneous boogying, and plenty of communal creativity. No pressure to be a rockstar, just a chance to join in the general lovely chaos. It's meant to be pretty inclusive and accessible, which basically means if you turn up, you're in, even if your only musical talent is humming off key.
