The Orchard at Artisan Estate in Somersby on Central Coast NSW will be hosting a serene Sunday session designed to help reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and improve overall well-being. The event will take place at 1:30 pm, and bookings are essential. Parking will be available, and there will be a toilet on-site. Participants will experience a one-of-a-kind experience surrounded by the Australian landscape, under the canopy of 400 Pecan trees. Skilled instructors will lead participants in a variety of techniques including mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises, light movement, live music, and sound healing using sacred instruments like crystal and Tibetan bowls. The sounds of nature will deepen the healing and relaxation process, helping participants connect with themselves on a deeper level. In case of wet weather, the event facilities may be modified.
